PDCA循环[PDCA(Deming cycle)]
PDCA(plan-do-check-act)是一种用于控制和持续改进过程和产品的迭代设计和管理方法。
在PDCA循环中，“策划(P)—实施(D)—检查(C)——处理(A)”的管理循环是现场质量保证体系运行的基本方式。
Plan：建立交付预期结果所需的目标和过程。
Do：执行上一步的目标。
Check：在检查阶段，评估从do阶段收集的数据和结果。
Act：也叫“调整”，这个行动阶段是改进流程的阶段。
从“Do”和“Check”阶段的记录有助于识别过程中的问题。
